Annual review of current circumstances, contacts, advisors, support system, anticipated fiduciary role, and relevant changes. Additional assistance is billed hourly.

Additional charges
Services are billed in 0.1-hour increments. Travel time is billed at 50% of the applicable professional hourly rate. Mileage is billed at the current IRS business mileage rate and direct expenses at cost. Urgent evening, weekend, or holiday services are billed at 1.5× the applicable hourly rate.
Rates may change with advance written notice. Final scope, fees, and terms are confirmed in a written engagement agreement.

Is the initial consultation complimentary?
Yes. After reviewing your inquiry, Stephanie may offer a complimentary introductory consultation of up to 30 minutes. Additional consultation or coordination is billed at the applicable professional rate.
What if a planning-ahead appointment becomes active?
If we have maintained an ongoing planning-ahead relationship through annual reviews, you will not be charged another new client setup fee when the fiduciary role becomes active. The scope, hourly rate, and terms for active services will be confirmed before active work begins.
